Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the survey and technical needs survey of home appliance customers. According to the survey, confirm whether it can conduct in -depth cooperation at the technical level;
2. Responsible for the training of client -related technical staff, including process flow, parameter standards, etc.
3. Responsible for regular inspections of customers, assist customers to find problems and solve problems, and properly deal with emergency issues of feedback;
4. Master the processing related knowledge of the previous treatment, formulate a reasonable process plan for the differences and performance requirements of different customers, responsible for the preparation of customers in the early stage, the mid -term trial online work, follow -up and maintenance work;
5. Responsible for providing necessary technical support for sales business development, and support the comprehensive development of the company's business;
6. Complete other temporary work assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, chemical, materials, environment, metal -related majors; preferred considerations for the work experience of chemical plants;
2. Have a C1 driver's license, which can accept a short -term business trip;
3. Familiar with the operation of laboratory equipment, have a full understanding and contact with chemical equipment, containers, etc., and have strong learning ability;
4. Have strong communication ability and analytical ability, and have the ability to solve problems independently;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and career, can endure hardships and hard work.
